Return Policy

 


Please note to save time, items can't be returned if worn, washed, have any stains or damaged in any way and must have tag still attached. Item must also have original receipt/invoice. If exchange/returns are accepted, customer will be emailed with instructions to mail back items (customer is responsible for shipping fees). Sunglasses can only be exchanged if customer received wrong or damaged item. (No refund or exchanges on sunglasses).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 24 - 48 hrs for processing time.
If approved, then your refund will be processed the same way you paid.
Items will only be rejected if damaged, worn, washed, tag removed or missing original receipt/invoice.

Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date package is received to contact us regarding exchange. Please note to save time, item can't be returned if worn, washed, have any stains or damaged in any way and must have tag still attached. Item must also have original receipt and in it's original packaging. If exchange is accepted, customer will be emailed with instructions to mail back items (customer is responsible for shipping fees) submit request to info@nakedfashionconcepts.com 

 

Wrong/damaged items received
If you received a damaged or wrong item, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us. If after 7 days from date package was received, items are not eligible for exchange. Wrong or damaged items received in error on behalf of Naked Fashion Concepts LLC, shipping will not be charged to customers and correct items will be mailed (please allow 1-3 business days for processing).


Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items except customers that received damaged or wrong items due to Naked Fashion Concepts LLC error, in that event shipping cost will be paid by the company. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping back to Naked Fashion Concepts LLC you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
